For last nights dinner I made wonderful pork chop with a pan sauce along with a side of rice and normandy veggies.
~ Ingredients ~
- Your favorite cut of pork chops
- Honey- Clove of Garlic- Grated ginger - Butter-Salt and Pepper
About 45 minutes before your ready to start cooking dinner you will need to pull out a big plastic container with a lid for marinading. Take the honey. grated ginger and minced garlic and add together in a bowl. I like to heat it up a little bit to make it easier to stir around. next using a basting brush, baste the pork chops with the marinade on both sides and dont forget to add sat and pepper. Let them marinade for about 45 minutes. In your sautee pan add about a tablespoon of butter and coat the pan. Add the pork chops and cook on both sides until there is no more pink in the middle. I like to cook it a little low and slow at first so they don't get burned on top before done in the middle. Remove pork chops from pan when cooked and add another tablespoon of butter to the pan to finish off the sauce. Pour over pork chops and enjoy with your favorite sides. Hope you all enjoy "Dinner Tonight"
