Teriyaki Pork Burgers with Grilled Pineapple

These burgers are so good they'll leave you wanting seconds!
~Ingredients~
-1lb Ground Pork
- 2-3 tbsp bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- a Splash of milk
- garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Can Dole Pineapple Slices in 100% Fruit Juice
- 4-5 tbsp more of teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup Hellmann's Mayo with olive oil
- a Splash of milk
- Garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
- dash of Italian seasoning
- your favorite hamburger buns
Mix the ground pork, bread crumbs, splash of milk, garlic powder, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce all together until everything is incorporated.
Make into patties.
I like to do these on the grill so place on grill and cook until cooked throughout and crispy on the outside.
Right after you put them on the grill, take a container with a lid and add the can of pineapple with the juice as well as the 4-5 tbsp of teriyaki sauce.
Let marinade together for about 10-15 min.
Place pineapple slices on the grill until there are grill marks on both sides and they turn a somewhat brownish color.
In a mixing bowl, add mayo, milk, about a 1/4 cup of the pineapple/teriyaki marinade, garlic powder, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
Whisk together until all elements are incorporated.
Assemble your burgers however you like. I like to put the burger first then the pineapple and then some sauce.
Serve with a side salad or whichever you prefer and enjoy!

Tyson Grilled and Ready Chicken Breasts with Brown Rice and Veggies

I had some coupons that I needed to use before they expired so I  grabbed some Tyson Grilled and Ready frozen chicken Breasts and dressed them up a bit!
I took some soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and garlic A1 sauce and whisked it all together and brushed the top of the chicken Breasts with it. Then I put them in the oven for 20 min at 375. They came out sooooo tasty and juicy. I made up some brown rice and some broccoli, cauliflower and carrots and that was dinner for tonight! Very filling and nutritious especially cause my largest portion was the veggies. Everyone enjoy!

Spinach Feta and Goat Cheese Pizza

So instead of the chicken parmesan last night we decided to make pizzas. This pizza was so awesome, even my hard to please 6yr old loved it.
~Ingredients~
- 1 bag fresh, pre washed spinach
- 3 tbsps olive oil
- ready made pizza crust
- 3-5 tbsps of your favorite Alfredo sauce
- a handful of mozzarella shredded cheese (we really like the Kraft with Philly cream cheese)
- crumbled feta and crumbled goat cheese
- Italian seasoning, salt and pepper and garlic powder
Saute spinach in a tbsp of olive until completely wilted
Grease a pan with remaining olive oil Spread dough evenly in the pan making it thin except for the edges. Spoon on the Alfredo sauce to how you like it. Top with cheese, spinach and Italian seasoning. Bake according to directions on dough package or until the pizza is brown and bubbly on top and enjoy!

Cook rice according to box/bag directions.
In a sauce pan, add soup,  a handful of cheese and broccoli.
Cook until broccoli is completely thawed and somewhat soft.

Yummy Hot Dog Wraps

These have to be one of my favorites. Though not very good for you necessarily, however they are very budget friendly and very tasty :)!
~Ingredients~
- 1 pkg Hot dogs (we prefer Ball Park meat franks)
- 1 refrigerated tube of pizza dough
- 4-8 slices of American cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- a couple dashes of garlic powder and kosher coarse salt
Roll out pizza dough and cut into 8 strips.
Add cheese slice so that it will be covered by dough.
Starting at the bottom of the dough, roll the hotdog completely up, trying to cover it completely.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Melt butter, add salt and garlic powder and brush over top.
Bake according to pizza dough directions or until golden brown. ( we like to brush them one more time with the butter)
Serve with your favorite hot dog. Condiments and a veggie and enjoy this tasty, budget friendly meal!

Chicken Parmesan Made with Kraft Fresh Takes- Plus Review

Awesome chicken parm made with Kraft Fresh Takes.
~Ingredients~
-1lb thin sliced chicken breast cutlets
-1 pkg Kraft Fresh Takes- Parmesan Rosemary
-1 8oz block of mozzarella cheese (shredded)
-1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce
-1 box of your favorite pasta
Mix Kraft Fresh Takes according to package directions and coat the chicken cutlets.
Bake chicken according to directions on pkg.
When the chicken is cooked turn your broiler on to a low setting (I use about 250-325).
Top with sauce and a little of the mozzarella cheese and bake under the broiler until brown and bubbly.
Cook your pasta according to box directions ( I like al dente).
Mix pasta with remaining sauce and serve with a side salad or your favorite veggies.
Enjoy! This is super tasty and if you are light on the cheese it makes for a hearty but light home cooked meal.
~Review~
I have used regular breadcrumbs for years to make this recipe, however nothing tastes better in my opinion than the Kraft Fresh Takes. The chicken gets crispy and is so flavorful, there is no need for any other seasonings. I am definitely a permanent user from now on with anything that needs to be breaded!
